  • communication with clients and contractors,
  • implementation of SPA services,
  • adapting hotel services to the specific requirements of the guest,
  • establishing, pursuing or defending claims;

If we receive your data from a third party, we would like to inform you that we will process the following categories of your personal data: name, surname, address, contact telephone number, e-mail, PESEL/ID card number, vehicle registration number; we would like to inform you that your personal data comes from the entity with which you concluded a contract regarding the service we provide;

4. The legal basis for data processing is:

  • conclusion and implementation of the contract with the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  • performance of obligations arising from legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
  • consent, in the scope of data that is not necessary to conclude and perform the contract with the Administrator, in particular in the scope of marketing activities and communication with clients and contractors (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
  • explicit consent in the case of processing data about the hotel guest's health condition (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR),
  • the legitimate interest of the hotel in the scope of customer satisfaction surveys,
  • ensuring the safety of hotel property and employees (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • conclusion and implementation of the contract with the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  • performance of obligations arising from legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)

5. The recipient of your personal data may be:

  • entities to which the Administrator will entrust services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers, accounting offices and companies,
  • bodies and institutions to which the Administrator will send correspondence or inquiries on your behalf, e.g. transport companies, bodies authorized under the law, including courts and other public administration bodies;

10. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but to the extent that data processing is necessary in order to conclude and perform a contract with the Administrator, the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Administrator.

Monitoring is used to protect property and ensure safety, including the safety of people working there. The source of data are recordings from cameras in the monitoring system. The recipients of registered personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law. Monitoring data will be processed for a period of up to 3 months.
